President's Letter May 2009 2009 is a critical year for several reasons, the main one being that we need to get truly serious about exercising frequently and with some intensity! We recently received results from Bellin and Humana showing that 2008 was a "slip back" year, not a move forward year. If this trend continues, it will be expensive for all. . .
