President's Letter
We are in the midst of Good Times and Uncertain Times!
Good Times because we know that our member companies can impact the health of their employees. We have stories of weight loss, smoking cessation, and improvements in cholesterol. Pool #1 members improved their average Health Risk Assessment scores during 2007 from 67.5 to 71.7 ... and a full 8% of them moved from Severe Risk to Moderate risk! Result: We earned an 8% rate cap for 2008.
