Welcome to a family of committed health improvement advocates!

Our goal is to stop the increasing drain on family pocketbooks of the medical system by incenting healthier lifestyles and sharing information that energizes wiser decision-making.

The Healthy Lifestyles program provides a "next generation" small business health insurance and fitness engagement plan, that has the greatest potential for incenting a healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, these positive behavioral changes will control medical costs, reduce bottom-line employer health-related costs, and improve one's overall quality of life.

There are now two options for joining the HLC to create a new level of fitness/wellness culture within your organization.

HRA’s, health coaching, and champ network - ongoing enrollment.

Option 2: NEW Healthy Lifestyles Fitness program including all of the benefits
