HLC Accredited Insurance Agents
As an insurance agent you play a critical role for both current and propective HLC members. You serve as an interpreter for how the HLC program works and whether it is a good fit for an organization, as well as facilitating the application process, set up, and entry into the HLC.
It is important that you are as conversant as possible with each facet of our program including the fitness incentive program, health insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) / Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA’s), health risk assessments, and more. Evaluating and helping companys to understand how this program is working for them, and whether they are doing everything they can for maximum benefit. This can be very complex.
HLC Accredited insurance agents must educate themselves about the details of cutting edge health care insurance, wellness programs, and incentives for small business employers and employees.
